My daughter just introduced me to this website http://naturesoundsfor.me with a composition of what it sounds like during the night in a tropical rain forest (she was there this summer) so I tried re-creating what it's like on a wet night in a tent pitched next to the ponies's field at a campsite we regularly visit

Love the sounds of nature. Was up on a fishing trip to Northern Onterio. the cabins layed along a huge river. At night as your settling back in your cabin sitting out in the screen porch you could hear the loons, the river and other birds. Was able to get a CD of the sounds and played it at home on low volumn as background music. Had it set to run over and over again. So husband complained one day about it, running over and over again. Then that same day he had on his car racing show. And all I heard was zoom zoom screech screech zoom zoom screech screech over and over again. So I said to him, I am tired of hearing the zoom zoom, screech screech over and over again. Me thinks loons are prettier than the race car noises.
