    Hi everyone,

Noticed the last few days that our nectarine tree has some yellow leaves, tends to be the newer ones, and they have black spots on them, they also fall off really easily.

I've taken the loose ones off and given it plenty of water, including watering the leaves.

    Any ideas?

Plenty of fruits on it, and they're growing every day.

    Thanks

Gave it some nitrogen and potash fertiliser today and a very thorough watering, hopefully this will stop the leaves dropping. Keeping my eye on it though, fruit continuing to get larger

    Its growing in the ground.

To be honest after its fertiliser and watering touch wood it seems much better now, must have been low on something, although it has been dry and hot for some time now.

Don't know where you live, Mike, but please let me know when you find out what the problem is as our Meyer Lemon and Ruby Grapefruit are suffering and they are fertilized and watered regularly. The Bearrs lime seems okay now after 5-6 years and I think I have another year before I see anything on my stone-grown Avocado.

I'll keep looking to see your progress.

Im in South Yorkshire, UK. Still the same at the moment, not seen any further yellowing of the leaves.

I have an Apricot ( Patio type ) Since the flowers developed, which are now producing fruit nicely, I have noticed yellowing of the odd leaves here and there, and they seem really easy to fall. As soon as the fruit set, loads more new leaves have grown on new stems and they droop a bit from time to time , but then recover. I make sure it is kept sufficiently watered. I wonder if this is something like yours?

I was just wondering where in the UK it had been "dry and hot for sometime":)
