New cactus

    I rescued a little cactus from being neglected in a local shop. It was labelled 'Echinopsis' but doesn't look like one to me.
    I discovered it is actually Mammillaria oruga :smile:

    Lots more flowers are opening on my red Epiphyllum (but it's a bit shapeless) ...

        Ive not seen this one either but its intresting , Is the white parts the flowers ?

        The white bits are tufty hairs, it's where the spines would be if it had them. The flowers would be in between the tubercles but it has not flowered yet.
