    Huge hi to everyone.

    Really looking forward to my new journey. Its something I should have done years ago!!

    I've been doing it a year now and love it. It's a game changer being outside and appreciating what's around you. The smell, the feel, the birds, the warmth of the sun and wind on your face (well okay not the winter wind)!

    Cannot wait to learn more from you wonders.
