Would it be ok to power hose my hover mower as I bought it second hand and just put oil on the blades as I am worried about disease or fungi.

Any tips , by the way it's growing nicely laid about 3 weeks ago.

Will give it's first cut in 2 weeks time.

Any reason to believe there is actually any disease or fungi present? If so then you'd be better of washing with jeyes fluid rather than a power washer. You'll also have to re-oil afterward.

If your lawn is that new I wouldn't want to use a hover mower on it yet.... They usually cut the grass far too short for a new lawn...... If you are able to a just the height keep it high as they can really rip into new lawns, but I still wouldn't want to use one yet... Just my opinion though... Oh & a stiff bristle brush used dry to brush off all the loose old grass & then yes a wipe with Jeyes cannot go amiss if you feel there is a risk..

Putting a hose or pressure washer on any electrical appliance is dangerous.

They are only designed to withstand a shower of water, i.e. rain.
