New lawn care

    So then gardeners, what do I have to do now with my lawn, it was layed today what care and what else do I need to do to it over the next couple of weeks. The garden centre have me some spring feed to spread over it shall I use this?

    Hi bigbore, is it turf? I would wait till it gets established before feeding. Just make sure it is well watered and avoid walking on it.

      Yes new turf, so leave well alone for now then, take it with this weather I can lay off the sprinkler

      Yes, if you the same weather as me (torrential downpours!) there is no need add more :)

        Apart from a mow or two (assuming it gets going really quickly) I would leave it alone, until next spring when you could give it a feed then.
