I bought one of these battery lawnmowers about five years ago and and it as not been a good buy for many reasons and now the blades will not turn although the motor inside is buzzing.I have a very small lawn which takes me 15mins to cut can someone advise me on a good mower and a decent price.

    H Arti!

Many mowers aren't a direct drive from the motor. There's a rubber drive belt between the motor pulley and the one on the blade shaft. If this is the case with yours, the belt may have snapped. There should be some sort of access panel which can be removed to change the belt. This is a "user facility."
Check this out it'll only be a few screws, if you can't find the original instructions, but take the plug out before you do it. If the belt has snapped make a note of your model and take the old one when you go for a new one, B&Q usually sell them.
