We bought a new LCD TV in December to replace our fourteen year old TV.Ever since we installed it it has a problem where we get some of the pixels breaking up...
We are not sure whether we need a different Ariel or whether this problem is due to the fact that we have not gone digital yet...

Tonight the problem is like the photo attached and now that Mr Kandy has come home from work,he has put the TV onto Analogue and now it is only slightly playing up.

We have thick fog decending so are not sure whether this is to blame...

Any help would be appreciated [IMG]

It's a reception/ariel problem. We have a digital high gain ariel in a non digital area and we still get reception 90% of the time. We have had poor reception the last few days due to the fog  Hopefully they will turn up the digi signal soon :D
We just switch to analogue on the odd occcasion it pixels out.

Yep signal break up usually on digital signal as b/man says if it's going through your digi box you can go into the menu click on aerial alignment and pick up another signal that is stronger or switch to analogue.
