New member? Not really

Hi all.

I'm now showing as a new member for some reason since we came to the new software. I guess its affecting lots of people. Its a trivial point I know, but is there a way to change that?

 

it shows well known member to me.

there is a promotion cron that run once an hour that should update everyone within a day (it works in batches)

 

It happened to me, and I guess for a similar reason - EDIT1: but you also are now back OK

The reason could be that insufficient 'trophy points' were initially allocated (you had 0, but now have 113), which also affects changing that 'Newbie' name, but also your signature and possibly your 'Status'.

EDIT2 (for RCR): Some existing members are being attributed with the incorrect user title (based on previous post count), and this (and perhaps some other issues) are caused by the lack of 'Trophy Points'??
