    Hi All
New member from the Ashbourne area, 62 and recently retired and have never worked so hard in my life since! Have a large decorative garden which is giving me so much concern and I have hope some kind members will help me out in the various forums.Do a few odd Gardening jobs for some nice old dears to keep me from stagnating on my computer (which I spend 50 percent of my life on!) Breed Parakeets in a large aviary and have travelled extensively over the past few years, bit of an adventurous geek really! look forward to some interesting tips/hints

How about telling us what problems you have in the garden and so on. Could you also post some pics?

And a big hello from me too - happy retirement.

It is, without a doubt, the best time of your life. Just waking up in the morning not knowing what time it is or what day it is cannot be bettered. Mind you, I do have old timer's disease, so wouldn't know any different

    Happy days. :D

    Welcome Rockpeddlar,
Hope you will enjoy G.C. Notice your interest in parakeets and we have a flock of about 13 ring neck parakeets visiting our garden for the last three weeks. Fascinating. [IMG]

    Hello Josephine
I dont know if I'm jealous or not re your ring necks, they are good to look at but very noisy at the best of times. I believe they are breeding rapidly "down south"
    regards
