    Hello all, my name is Steve and I would just like to say that I am looking forward to gaining and sharing advice with you all. I have 2 allotments in Stourbridge in the West Midlands, thanks Steve.

    It was lovely seing your allotments so tidy!! how on earth do you keep them so neat!!i used to grow vegetables but mine were definately not neat..and mine used to get eaten by slugs ..snails..birds..so i gave up...yours look untouched!!i have allways thought of having an allotment but it looks time consuming..you definately wouldnt want me on the next allotment to you!!as you would get over run with seedlings that have escaped from mine... :D

    :( I have just given our veg garden up after over 30yrs of growing our own.. :rolleyes: The family are all grown up & it was far too big :(

    ooh,lovely,Plotty!i too have an allotment and i can see im gonna learn lots from you.i didnt know about the parsnip job and hope youll give me some advice.ill be the envy of all plot pals if i could produce my own parsnip seed! :D

    welcome plotty nice allotments you lucky fellow i just have a balcony with a few tomato plants and a grape vine over an arch from rosa

    A lot of members are gasping looking at you site, do you use migrant workers (two or three hundred). Do you supply Tesco? :D

    Agree with Strongy's comments! We'll definitely be expecting you to answer questions, and not ask all that many - unless some of us convert you to using some of that massive area for less edible plants! :D
