Hi I live in London & have the usual small rectangular town garden expected. We had builders in last year & garden all but left home in despair! So this year we are tackling it a foot at a time. I have put a little pond with four little fish to the delight of my children, cats & next door neighbour, all of whom I find gazing quietly at the water listen to the burble of water & flickering if fish.

Hi Maggielef [IMG] nice to have you aboard.. There are plenty og topics to interest you here in water gardening & general gardening then.. :thumb: Do enjoy your garden there is nothing like it no matter how big or how small.... It is the pleasure you & your family get from that piece of your own space... I have wonderful childhood memories out in the garden with grand parents & as well as our garden & they have stayed with me always & now I adore my own garden & have done for over 40yrs now & introduced 2 more generations to it since,,, so do enjoy yours...!! :D

    Hello and welcome Maggielef.
A pond is on my list of things to do for my garden, I just don't relish the thought of having to dig the thick Milton Keynes clay though. :)
