new patio finished

been a bit busy these last few days. remember the big border?? well, i sorted the plants out, moved a few and built a patio there as it gets full sun all day. most of the planting has stayed, just re-arranged the space. quite chuffed with the way its turned out!

 

....If you have any spare plantaaaaage, i am your man to give them a good home.

thanks merle. a mate and i did it. started yesterday levelling the ground, geeting shot of roots and tons of earth. needed major tamping down using a concrete tamper as the soil is very sandy.
we used 15 bags of sand and 4 bags of crete all mixed in a barrow.

 

Looks very professional al and so in keeping with the theme of your garden: job well done!
