That looks so lovely, I'd love to have a replica in my garden. Was it difficult to install?

The pump is real, but I wasn't able to get the proper head, so I manufactured a replacement. Concreted in and fitted with a little recirculating pump :)

Looks like its been there forever and that some kind soul recently gave it a lick of new paint :)

I keep thinking I should have a go at some Deer Scarers, I think the making of them is doable for me, any tips that you might suggest? Any Cons to have them in the garden? (I'm assuming I will find the noise restful, rather than annoying!)

Mine has fallen apart after 15 years. I have just discovered the high cost of a replacement, so making one yourself should, as you say, be do-able
I always found the noise to be restful, particularly in the Japanese Garden, and not annoying :)
