If your printer is wireless you may have to go into your computer based set up and make adjustments to get the router to recognise it, or set up your printer again. It's tricky, I had problems when I bought a new wireless printer eighteen months ago, it's a case of trial and error.

Went to online chat, half sorted problem, and today I have finally sorted it. After Lord knows how many hours,:wallbanging: even dragged the printer next to the router as I have it tucked up the side of sofa.:sofa:
I had to first go to menu on printer and connect to new box with new name and password, then I had to connect to broadband with old name and password, I seldom print much off but it`s a nuisance when you can`t do it, there`s always loads you want to do.:pcthwack:
