Solved New to gardening ID needed

    Number 1 looks like a Lychnis Coronaria, not a weed, a hardy perennial with white, pink or red flowers.

    Number 2 looks like wild Violets, they can become invasive, sending their seeds everywhere.

      Yes, I'd definitely recommend digging up the wild violets. They have a tendency to sprout up all over the place if they flower and produce seeds.
