When is a good time to plant a new tree bought in a container from a garden centre
Also do I need to do something with my camelia that has buds on it. Does it need a feed or should I leave well alone. Like the website

Hi and welcome to gardeners corner :D

Whilst I can't answer your question I know others will. I just thought I'd like to add that I'm looking for a winter flowering camelia that doesn't grow too big (possibly a dwarf variety if one exists)and I know that someone out there (Pete?) will no doubt know a website. :D

    Here's hoping!!

Hi there and welcome Vonnie. This is the time of year that camelias form their buds, so yes I would feed it now. Miracid works for me, every two weeks til spring

Container grown trees may be planted at any time.
