New TV Series: Green & Gorgeous Gardens

Is your garden more rubbish dump than compost heap? Are you a green god/goddess in the kitchen but eco-disaster in the garden?

We are looking for people from the South East who would like to transform their gardens from eco-catastrophes into gorgeous eco-friendly spaces for a brand new series for UKTV Style Gardens.

Gardens will be chosen on their neglect of basic eco-principles such as lack of recycling, use of chemicals, harm to or lack of consideration for wildlife, unnecessary waste disposal.

This is not a traditional make-over show; each garden will have one major new feature such as a pond to encourage wildlife, a rockery using materials from an earlier extension, a wind turbine or new beds using discarded household objects, as well as a number of smaller features. We will also make dramatic changes to the look of the garden through new planting schemes.

We are filming from January 2007 through to May 2007 in the South East.
