        I thought the use of gardening tools meant she had used old ones to bulk out the holes, not just that she's used tools to do the work.
        Correct me if I'm wrong, but a fork, a spade/shovel and a rake are basically what a ground worker would use anyway?
        Good luck to the lady, but I would have been more impressed with her using pruning shears and a lawnmower to do the job....or my original thought:)

          Yes that's how I read it too, I was imagining trowels and secateurs and wondering how that could possibly help.
