    Thanks for that Skotcat. My daughters house looks out onto Alyth Hill and it's a lovely everchanging view.

    Yes it is a yearly tradition and it was every so cold and so icy and did fall bu tno broken limbs.

    :thmb: Great to see Scotkat & nice to see traditions kept going, a Piper too..!! :thmb: Also glad to hear you got back home in one piece & OK if you took a tumble..:thmb:

    :dh: We have a beacon here but the old PC are never interested in lighting any more for any reason.. It has been suggested it should be lit for the Wedding & the the Queens Diamond Jubilee this year & they are not at all keen.... Shame how sad some people are..!!!! :doh:
