I know we were discussing this recently, but can't find where so I'm starting here ... will delete or have moved unless anyone says otherwise.

    Has anyone actually begun?

Mine is to slim down and trim up. Must admit I actually started a few days before Christmas ... haven't had one mince pie, no Christmas pud, no Christmas cake but have indulged in a few lovely German biccies. Been on the step machine as well. So far I've lost over two kilos and one inch off my waist ... so I'm proud of myself!

Will update next week and hope the report is just as good or I'll be [IMG] !

Maybe if there was a little private thread for everyone to join who wants to lose weight? Or maybe not so little!
Then there could be a weekly weigh-in and fine if you've been too naughty......

Perhaps each of us could choose someone to give the "before" and "after" weights and measurements to then it could be confirmed?

Thanks, roders! I need encouragement. May brave a new picture!

No to the new wardrobe though ... it's only jeans, tee-shirts and the like nowadays (except in the summer when it's less!) and some lovely jeans that don't fit now WILL!

I don't know where you're starting from marge, but I've never been "slim" so this is a real challenge for me! The sad thing about it all is I've never been a chocolate fan .. t'other half is! :D

Listen more? That's an excellent one! But how do you measure "more"? Mrs Pal must be delighted with that! :D

Hang on Pal - I thought your resolution was to give Mrs Pal "more treats"

    How fickle/forgetful
