    Hi All
    Just joined.
    Originally from Hertfordshire and North London now residing in beautiful leafy, green Surrey.
    So trying to adjust my gardening style from horrible claggy London and Lee Valley clay to the relative delights of the sandy (albeit bargate stone riddled) north downs near Godalming.

    Southwest facing rear garden with a vertiginous slope down to the house has already provided some challenges! More to come no doubt....

    Welcome to Gardeners Corner Trish. :) I moved from clay to sandy soil and it's a whole different 'ball game' to work with, it devours nutrients and is always thirsty. :doh:
