Hi! I"m new here. I've started gardening as a hobby (for my balcony, though, so I'm limited to using containers) but it's been really interesting so far. I'm more interested in daisy-like flowers (sunflowers, zinnias, etc.) and I'm glad they're easy to grow and go perfectly with our Philippine climate!

Hoping to learn a thing or two here. Cheers!

Hello and welcome to the forums!

It's amazing what can be achieved in containers! I'm sure you'll get sound advice from the friendly people here.

Have you, or will you be growing any vegetables in containers this year dyancuevas?

    Welcome to GC.

For daisy like flowers, Osteospermums are excellent daisy like flowers well suited to containers, and flower abundantly right through summer into autumn.

A warm welcome to GC. We look forward to hearing about growing in the Phillipines - many of the plants are going to be different - but the principles and methods will be the same.
