    Hello all,
    Just found the site and thought must join all these lovely people giving so freely of their advice don't see much of that these days. Will try to contribute as much as we can. Retired to Gosport 5 years ago and 'help' the wife in the garden when I'm not out sailing. She's asked me to find out about a problem with her phormium but having taken a pic of it and safely stored it in 'my pictures' I cant figure out how to get it on to a post like everyone else seems to be able to do. :confused:

    Good morning, David, and welcome to GC!

    If you go to the Home Forum page and go down to Site Feedback and Information, there's a "how to" section which will explain how to put your photos into Photobucket and then into the Forum. I am the basic Technophobe of the Forum and I can easily do it ... after only one false start! :rolleyes:

    It took me a few attempts to figure out how to post a picture - so don't worry!!!!

    I am just up the A32 from you - before you hit the M27!!!!

    So what do you sail?? We are often down Hill Head walking the dog and kiddies - I'll give you a wave tomorrow as were are planning a picnic down there!!!! :cool:

    My avatar is really cute. He is a red colobus monkey and can only survive in the wild on Zanzibar because of his special diet. Colobus monkeys have to eat only unripe fruit as their stomachs can't cope with sugars. They know when they have had something that can harm them and then have to eat the correct thing to counteract it. They have started pinching charcoal from from the locals' fires because that works better than their natural cure.

    We were lucky enough to have been approached by a friendly family of the monkeys (most families are nervous) and they seemed just as interested in us as we were in them.
