hi woo pleased you like them, the problem was when i was on the top stand and zoomed out the sun was in the way and i could hardly see what i was taking, so the racing ones didnt come out very well, there didnt seem a lot at newcastle races a bit dissapointing and the cold didnt help.

Sorry folks but I think horse racing is really wrong. I know many enjoy it but the horses do not have a choice.

"The three-day Aintree meet, which includes the gruelling seven-kilometre Grand National Steeplechase over 30 tall fences
on Saturday, has had many equine fatalities since it was first run in 1839, usually after falls.
Nine years ago, four horses died on the opening day of the meet."

    and this week -
"2009 - another horse run to death
Exotic Dancer died of a heart-attack in the stables after the totesport Bowl Chase at Aintree on Thursday afternoon."

    Fun?

Hi Rosa some great shots I can see the paint brushes coming out.:thumb:
Jjordie I agree the Aintree course is too much but don't agree about horse racing in general, horses are bred to race they are well looked after and indeed pampered, fatalities occur in many sports it was only last week a rugby player dropped dead.
