We bought a 10 x 8 polycarbonate gh and after some 150 hours of struggle have given up trying to erect it. We got the ends done and one side and the other side is just beating us even with at times four of us on the job.

Talk about a bad joke and the last one really would have been on us as the instructions said to make up the base last then lift the gh on to it... well we didn't as we smelt a rat and sure enough it didn't fit by a good 2".

We phoned the vendor on Sat and they said they had a comp sys crash which is fair enough but when we tried to call the help line after that it was engaged.. all morning.

We will call them once tomorrow and if no reply again we are agoing visiting...

Oh Dear, I shouldn't giggle but you do have a way with words lol.

One of those cases that weigh on my opinion-always carry duck tape.

We used a considerable length of duck tape/gaffer tape, many kettles of hot water and not for brews either.

"Of non merchantdisible quality" is the phrase here and thank goodness we paid by Credit Card as we will inform them tomorrow of the problem.

Waltons garden products is the place where it came from and now to where it has been returned.

When we rang to inform them of the problem there was no argument as to the collection of the said greenhouse, seemed to give the impression that this is not the 1st time this has happened.
