I have a Canterbury bell and Chrysanthemum both of which have failed to do anything interesting in the flower department this year, even my Forsythia failed to flower in spring. Any ideas?

On the plus side my flag iris which did ****** all last year has done splendid this time round after I lifted and split it.

My hanging baskets and tubs have been so disappointing this year TLA. I know it's through lack of sunlight, dosn't make me feel any better though.:( 02
