The Nook Simple Touch Ereader is reduced from £79 to £29 for a short time. Argos , Curries , etc seem to be sold out . But I have ordered one from the Nook UK site for the same price and free P and P :dbgrtmb:

I've got a Sony ereader - 2nd hand - and I love it. Has the Nook one got a light so you can read it in the dark? I'd quite like one that does that. I can't work out from the spec whether it's got it or not.

I can't get along with E-readers  (I read in the bath :heehee: )

Nice bargain though, so thanks for the heads-up! :dbgrtmb:

Sheal , the Nook is developed by Barnes and Noble a big USA book company to rival the Amazon reader. It seems to have pretty good reviews

I have a Kindle Harry, how do they compare on price and book availability? I tend to read a particular genre and even with the amount that Amazon supply I'm struggling to find what I like.

I have never used an E-reader Sheal , so don't know how the Nook and Kindle compare. I understand that the Nook is more compatible with the different formats though.
I ordered my Nook on Wednesday , they took payment got a shipping email , got an email last night saying it would be with me in 5 days. Just got an email Out of Stock , but I can buy the more expensive version! Cheeky Devils !
