NUTTY BROCCOLI SALAD

1 Red Onion
1head of Broccoli
Handful ââ?¬â?? sultanas
Cashew nuts

Cup of majonnaise

11cup of castor sugar
�¾ cup of vinegar-I used Balsamic Make earlier and leave aside. Mix together adding vinegar .Slowly add sultanas.

Wash and cop broccoli, add onion and cashew nuts.

Pour mayonnaise dressing over broccoli just before serving.


Raspberrry Surprise (desert)

Small tup of double cream
Large tub of natural yoghurt
White sugar
Brown sugar
Rasps -1caron fresh or frozen

Put rasps in bottom of dish layer white sugar on top.
Whip cream and add yogurt put on top of rasps .

Cover with generous layer of Demerara sugar and allow to rest in fridge overnight.
