Well done the winners and in fact everyone who took part - Its all just a bit of fun and adds an extra dimension to the forum. I just wish there was a way of getting more people to take part even if it was only getting them to vote. Perhaps a post in each forum a couple of days before the competion closes would help

    Congrats to Dalbuie and Pete!

Agree more entries and votes would be great. November comp is running now and with the category of 'Weather' anyone can have a go.

To help anyone without a website or homepage you can get free image hosting from a number of sites like Image Shack. Also if anyone is really stuck then PM me and I'll see what I can do so there's no excuses.

    Get snapping!

    Well done Dalbie and Pete.
Sorry I didn't vote. I was just about to and got called to eat, then I fell asleep.
The world cruise sound a good idea, is it a luxury one?
I've just noticed some stars, who did that?

A simple pic hosting site is

    www.tinypic.com

you can upload your pics and it even gives you the code for pasting it onto forums

That was the first one I suggested, but someone complained to me (a GC member) that they found images of bad taste on there (you can only find them if you look for other peoples photo's though).

Tinypic is very easy to use (about the easiest!), or you could open a free account with www.photobucket.com (which I use), you can alter picture sizes and hold albums of photo's online, and also includes different image tags to use on different sites.

Once I got the hang of it I found photobucket is easy to use. 'Tinypic' didn't seem so easy for me.

I found that if you tried 'Tinypics'
(adding the s) then all sorts of unmentionables came up.
