Tonight Mrs Pal served up poached Salmon, new potatoes and Sweet Corn.
Several weeks ago she found a dressing which adds a lovely taste to the dish.
1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar.
4 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
    2 tsp clear honey.
    1 heaped tbsp wholegrain mustard.
    3 tbsp chopped chives.
Give it a whisk and pour over the dish.

It's my job to make this dressing, however tonight Mrs Pal had already chopped the chives and put them ready in the server...I was about to add the vinegar when it occured to me that the chives didn't have the usual 'chive' smell.......:D
