I have one of these growing in my garden. I grew it from seed, as usual lost the label, did know what it was. Consequently it is at the front of a bed, 6ft tall. After flowering/dying back, can I move it ? Is a perennial? I have read conflicting ideas.
Hi Liliana, If it's biennis then it's a biennial I.e. It will die after flowering, however they do seed themselves everywhere. There are though other forms of Evening Primrose that are perennial, so it may be worth taking a chance and waiting till it's finished flowering and then cutting it back and moving it further back into the border.
