Ok so maybe not as I don't charge admission and not sure what the minimum amount of animals you can have before being classed as a zoo.

However we currently have two rabbits that reside in a purpose built shed. We have a degu and a hamster. At the weekend the misses decided (after much self debate) that we should get guinea pigs. So we went and reserved two from the local pet shop. So now I get to spend my evenings building a run and hutch for them.

I will say being that she wants a dog too that it is just as well I am also an animal person.

Aww, you like small rodent style furries, how lovely! Not often you hear someone has a degu.

I got my dog from Dogs Trust - something you might want to consider(?) - best thing I ever did

We do indeed like the rodent family. And degus are lovely animals. They are more difficult to look after but worth it.

We are thinking about getting a dog from the Blue Cross so I'll have a look at Dogs Trust.

Pictures will come probably on Sunday when the guineas are here.
