Doing the weekly food shop and I come across this in Tesco, Calamondin Orange. 145951963682833535329.jpg They had limes, lemons and kumquats too, all £8. 2 kids and no internet to hand, I grabbed the best looking one thinking it was called Clementine... shoot me. I went into asda to pick up the last few bits.. lo and behold they are selling patio trees for £9!! I've only been on the hunt for a bloody conference pear tree since last Oct. So cheesed off with myself these Oranges are not even edible!!!

Ps. they also had dwarf cherry (sunburst), apple (think it was discovery, not sure sorry) and plum (victoria) :blue thumb:

            Hi Lyn,
They are edible but you eat the whole fruit without peeling it as the fruit is bitter and the skin is sweet. Also it is used in marmalade.

Watered it, left it on the kitchen window...the fruits have gone bigger and riper already but going out in a bit so will take it back then. Hope there's a pear tree left :fingers crossed:

I pulled them all off the shelf and checked each one for height and branches, didn't bother with roots though was having strange looks :th scifD36: think he's a bit wonky but never mind! Really pleased :hapydancsmil:
