Oh no, sick feeling, forgotten my wedding anniversary again

Last year was the RUBY one but I managed to body swerve that, as we were on a cruise, and due to reminder of the summer solstice ordered a bottle of RUBY PORT at dinner (it was not missed by SWMBO though) Ruby Port for our RUBY wedding darling :-(

I have had a couple of wets tonight, so popping down the ESSO garage for a bunch of withered flowers is not an option, and a box of chocs from the SPAR shop along the road in the morning will not save me

It is not that I do not care, I just I do not know what day it is from one day to the next, then suddenly it is TODAY

I am lucky my son was born on my 5 th wedding anniversary so that is definitely not a date I will forget. Happy anniversary to you both.

if you think that's bad .... I got married twice (to the same woman)

My mom is English, my dad is Greek, and my wife is English ....

so, in order to have the children officially recognised in Greece, we had to get married in court first, then in a Greek church ... marriage certificates etc had to be sent to Greece

I forget both dates every year ... 25 years on the trot

Saved, a special meal in Venice, when we are there next week

It would have been silly going to a local mediocre restaraunt here, when just five days away, we could splash out in Venice
