Good point Daisy. Some must love it, but also some must hate the lack of warmth. My neighbour says that all his buzzy lizzies and Petunias look as though they are over, well before they should be.

It would be interesting to hear what likes it and what hates it.

    We have the rain to.
    It keeps pouring down.
It's so heavy at times it's smashing the plants down.
The ponds are flooding and I'm really fed up.:(

They all look really well Dee, and you've got some red toms so you must have had some sunshine :)

Your plants are looking great and they confirm a belief I've had for years that our gardens generally prefer mixed weather in summer rather than three months of unrelenting sun and drought. Did you hear the news about Australia where vast areas of vineyards are dying from drought? I'll have to buy my red wine from elsewhere in future!

The only detrimental sign of the cool/showery weather in my garden affects my geraniums which are already suffering from mouldy leaves - a lot earlier than I would have expected.

It is persisting down in MK:( and I've given up the idea of doing anything in the garden.
Looks like I have a faintly red looking tomato (yes, 1 tomato) in the green house.

I have slugs the size I have never seen before. All this rain must be helping them grow fat.
I wonder if Tesco's want to start selling slugs in garlic, if so, I can supply them.:D

I think I just want to hibernate or emigrate or summat.....
