    WOW
Being new to this forum I had no idea you were a painter.
I have since looked up some of your work.
    The paintings are fabulous.
I have always wanted to dabble in painting but never got round to it.
The nearest I get is decorating the house. :D
What a great hobby you have.
And you are so good at it.

Hello Rosa, very pleased to see you again and your really nice paintings. It also looks like the athmosphere is nice and relaxed in the painting studio, which is really good in order to be relaxed and work well.
    compliments!

thanks lyn and miraflores, I used to do oil painting over 20 years ago, so i went on this course to brush up my skills so that i can get back into it, although i do water colours they are a different medium to work with.
It was a great athmosphere and met some wonderful people, enjoyed it so much.

Excellent, rosa, especially being away from oils for so long. I love you castle in the mist, the mirror image in the water is excellent. Although I am not a lover of still life, your flowers look quite luminous and I am well impressed. [IMG]

thanks LoL,It taught me in detail how to do leaves, snow covered mountains my first attempt at, which i enjoyed so when i start oils again i will corperate those into my paintings, I have a picture of a polar bear on ice so that will look good.
learned so many techniques it was very worth while, with going away in 4 weeks time just havnt the time to start any so i fully intend to get back to oils in febuary, watch this space. :D [IMG] [IMG]

Stunning paintings. I wish I could be as talented as you.
I tried water colour painting a few years ago, but although the pictures weren't to bad, I was never happy with the finished items, so gave up.
