    I'd read that when this happened you can dry these beans on the plant to use as you would with dried beans in a casserole by soaking overnight. Or I suppose when they get fairly dry you could dry them indoors .

    Don't do as I did though I left them in the shed,,,,,,,,and provided a winter treat for the mice !!!!

    If possible, let the beans dry on the plant until the outer skin goes brown. Then take the seeds out, put them in a paper bag (remember those :whistle:) and store in a dry place to sow them next year. :blue thumb:
