I moved into a new house a few weeks ago and the garden was extremely wild and overgrown. Since we have moved in we have begun clearing it and have uncovered a greenhouse at the bottom which had been completely taken over by grape vine, ivy etc.The frame looks in ok condition but most of the glass is broken and there is no door present. I assume any glazier would cut glass to fit the windows, but does anyone know where I can get hold of a door for it? Also assuming I find a supplier for a door, are all doors in 6x8 greenhouses a standard size or do they vary depending on manufacturer?I have no way of telling what make this greenhouse is so hopefully they are all pretty much standard.
I did plan on buying a new greenhouse but as we have found this one it would be nice to make use of it if at all possible.
    Mel.

There is usually a label/ plate attached to the frame - possibly above where the door was???? Was it a sliding door or a hinged door??

hi Mel.when you know what you have, have a look in the Yellow Add Trader for greenhouses.we got ours for £4o (average 8 by 6ft gh),so maybe you could salvage a door for very little money, or you could even extend your existing gh into the bargain!good luck. ;)

    Thanks for your replies!
It's actually a sliding door and I haven't spotted a label or plate but will have another look tomorrow. I'm still in the process of uncovering it as the grape vine has done a very good job of filling every available nook and cranny throughout the frame!
