Onion drying

    Mornin' all
    can onion leaves be reduced in length while drying as I keep treading on them in the garage ?

    Assuming they are still green, I'd say not. If withered and brown then yes.

      I usually dont dig my onions up while they still have much green on them.
      I always think if the tops are still green then the bulbs are still growing.
