oooooooooo i am in organizing mode!

start a new job on monday! start at 8 i am used to afternoon/ early evening shift so thats a change!! anyway i always have to be super organised! so today the house is sparkling , dinners prepped for tomorrow, so at least tomorrow i can relax a little? i add the question mark as 6 live here plus the dog sooooooooooooooo anything can crop up and of course i have to sort it! plus think the stress of starting a new job isn't helping! i cant switch off! i just know i wont sleep much tomorrow night!

 

thing is its such an easy job(i think) but they are soooooooooo unorganized as its a new job role that they dont really know what they are doing so i am being chucked in at the deep end just feel a bit on the back foot! ah well we will see monday

 

You'll be fine. Sounds like you get to take charge of your own job to a large extent.

I tend to find myself in a similar situation these days. Certainly in my current job. I find that there will be those that question your methods. That's normal and fair, they want to know that you know what you're doing. So as long as you can explain why you are doing it the way you are doing it, nobody can really knock you for it. So you'll be fine.

Also, although worrying is a bit of a pain, it is a mark of a good conscientious person. So the very fact that you are worrying about it probably means you shouldn't.

 

i know! i give 100 percent to everything i do x i am just a worrier x

Good to hear you have tomorrows dinner organised ... what about the rest of the week on the days you are working? First week you are going to feel tired!
