I'm thinking about making the above mentioned as I want/try to garden as organically and wildlife friendly as possible. I've seen a couple of recipes online. Just wondering if anyone has tried this and if so what results did you achieve?

Hi luciusmaximus, what sort of recipes are you looking at - Rotted comfrey leaves? Soaked chicken manure? I would have thought that in Anglesey you should find plenty of sources of well rotted horse manure - normally pretty organic! I get old manure which may have less nutrition but has a brilliant effect on soil texture.

Hi CarolineL ..... recipe I liked best states organic compost, seaweed ( or liquid bottled version ), coffee grounds, poultry pellets or horse manure pellets. Basically you make an infusion using rainwater, leave it to steep for 3 days, strain and use.
