    30 minutes with the physiotherapist this morning.... ouch Back again in two weeks for more ..ouch.

    Thanks guys..
    Not the back.
    Something the Doc calls rotative cuff in the shoulder.
    Its the muscles that hold the joint together that are mis-behaving.
    He has given me an elastic gizmo that looks like a deflated long balloon to do some exercises.
    Quite common it seems but so annoying after a few months..

    I had shoulder troubles last year, it was diagnosed as rotator cuff syndrome and I had physio but the most helpful thing was infra red treament. I hope yours clears up Robert, it will take a while.
