Hi, I have attached an image of one section of my garden. As you can see, I have two pots. One with five allium bulbs in and the other with three. There is a gap in each pot, in which I want to plant a small herbaceous perennial.
Am I overcrowding the pots?! Will the alliums bloom with limited pot space?

    Phil.

 Hi Philip, not exactly what you had in mind, but some colourful Violas in full flower would look great.
