Could anyone tell me how to work out how many oxygenating plants I need to put in a pond to help keep blanket weed down. Is there a formula?

    Thanks...

Rydal you need surface plants to cut the amount of light going into your pond to help with your blanket weed problem, it thrives on sunlight and water high in nitrates.

Thanks Walnut & Midnight Rose. Sorry for the long delay in replying. I carry out your suggestions for next year.
