Sorry to hear about the ribs Paladin. I had to struggle up 11 lifts of scaffold with a bucket of tools when I broke mine. Couldn't afford the time off.

Tried claiming when I was signed off sick. They rejected the claim, saying that the self employed should allow for periods of sickness by increasing the price we charge.

So if I put up my prices to cover this and as a result, don't get any work, who pays then ?:dh:

Thats a very tricky looking job there Pal.

It looks double glazed, now your not going to tell me you made DG units to those shapes are you??

The glazing bars look pretty thin, so would be very shallow rebates.

Come on spill the beans, and why the brown putty?

Hi Pete, Only made the templates for the DG's,the new Slimline kind.

The rebates end up with 12 mm face and 20 leg....puttying them was a night mare:DOH:

Brown putty?....Well when the templates were done the frame was unpainted!....and it's Hard wood,so I only went and bought 40 kilos to match didn't I:heehee:
