Pampas grass

    Hi All

    Has anyone any idea where I can buy a MATURE pampas grass with plumes in Middx/London area.

    All the pampass plumes will likely have broken/ breaking off by now.

    Well they usually have flopped over by now, or lost the feathery bits.

    Every pampass grass I've seen in gardens looks strong and healthy including the plumes. i've seen a few in garden centres but too small. New decked garden, need mature plants soonest.

    Trying hard is your garden/decking big, because pampass grass grows huge and is pretty vicious..

    Hi

    I've got a large border running round the decking which is pretty empty at the moment. I am looking for a pampas to fill an ugly corner.

    I've hot some pics on my computer but dont know how to load them on here!

    Have you signed upto photobucket T,H..You have to download to there first. Then onto GC...

    Fantastic, it worked.

    This all started 3 months ago when I joined this forum - hurray and decked my garden. Just what we wanted, now all I need are very structural and mature plants to fill it up.

    WoW T.H. it looks Fantastic.. Maybe use pots with structural plants,

    Wilkinsons has quite a few and not expensive. also they sell great pots...
