Patch on the lawn - anyone any ideas?

Hi All,

Cut my lawn today after a couple of weeks and noticed a patch where it looked a different colour. Anyone any ideas? It felt different to the rest of the lawn as well. I have put some feed on to see if that helps.

looks like a over dose of feed . Putting to much iron on a lawn can turn it black ish . I'd just give it plenty of water and try and wash it through

 

I not sure how but I watered the lawn so hopefully that helps. Thanks
