I'm so chuffed with my new patio I just wanted to share it with you. No more puddles!! How good is that? Of course the grass has to grow where there was damage, but the wire frames allow the kiddies to run riot while it regrows.

That's a great patio Paladin. Are they Cotswold Stone slabs?

How about a nice chiminea BUT not too near the shed!

And what are you going to do for outside lighting for those long summer evenings supping vino?

I love the plants in your borders.

Did you do the patio all yourself!?

    The slabs are 'Cotswold'pattern.
I helped with the laying because the builders I work for did the contract after the flooding last year.

Ah... we get to see the user of the cat flap - looks like he/she has been in the wars Pal!

It is a really great patio - very spacious!

A very nice assortment of pots between the side of the shed and back door.

I thought it might be Cotswold - I love the creamy colour of that stone. My mum lives close to Bath and has a Bath Stone style patio slabs similar to yours but slightly more yellowy.

I can just see some scented candles flickering away as the sun sets in August... NICE!
