ermmm if i planted a pea seed around NOW how long would one expect before I saw growth?

I planted some peas on the 27th of July and I think I see green shoots already, that cant be right can it ? maybe its a weed or something :confused:

 

Nut peas sprout up really quick from seed so you might just have your first pea starting to say 'hello' to you.Hel.xxx.

 

Never heard of nut peas...what do they taste like:confused:
